We actively engage in the buying and selling of timberland and standing timber for investment and cash flow purposes in the State of Washington.

We offer full service timberland management for institutional, and individual investors. With over 20 years of industry experience we have managed thousands of acres in the Pacific Northwest and Southeastern United States. We have worked with and developed good relationships with many other Timber companies in the State of Washington.

Our management team offers a full range of forestry services including due diligence, permitting, harvest management, reforestation, environmental services, forest product marketing, advisory and consulting.
